As the founder and creative director of ALETA Visual, a boutique post-production house in Bogotá, I led and managed multidisciplinary creative teams to deliver high-impact projects within the film and advertising industries for more than five years. I oversaw the full project lifecycle — from brief and budgeting to scheduling, resource allocation, and client delivery — ensuring alignment between creative vision, technical execution, and business objectives. During this time, I collaborated with prominent clients in cities such as London, New York, and Mexico City, developing a diverse project management skill set grounded in agile workflows, stakeholder communication, and deadline-driven production environments.
My experience includes proficiency as a video editor and a versatile post-production lead with strong organizational and leadership abilities, managing complex pipelines that integrate editing, color correction, motion graphics, and vector animation across multiple platforms including cinema, television, digital/social media, and internal communications.

Eight years ago, when I lost the ability to walk, I witnessed the profound impact of inclusive and exclusive environments on one's quality of life. This life-altering experience ignited my passion for advocating accessibility from strategic design and communication perspectives. My work experience in diverse fields, coupled with my own lived experience with a disability, has equipped me with a robust understanding of how accessibility and inclusion is managed and how to navigate this often intricate journey.
